The church was formally known as Spears Corner Baptist Church before moving to our new location in 2006.Our church has been serving the faithful and the West Gardiner community for decades. Our mission is to teach and spread His Word. We are unashamedly a Bible believing church.Our membership is growing at a steady pace. With this growth, we have been able to accomplish more, and have a larger impact upon our community. We welcome you with open arms. Pastor Lin is on vacation from Monday, June 29 to Monday, July 13.

6/29/09 - Our worship team bass player, Kent Nelson, has been deployed to Iraq for the next 6 months. He would appreciate it if he could hear from our church members during his deployment. He writes as follows:
Thanks to everyone for their support during my deployment overseas. Here is my mailing address if you would like to corrospond.
The best thing to send is "glimpses of home" (ie., letters, relevant newspaper clips, etc.) and of course your prayers. Perishable items are not needed, as we have everything we need in terms of food.
I really appreciate your kindness and thoughtfulness to me and my family during this time.
